By accessing and using RenoLens ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Century Technologies USA LLC d/b/a RenoLens ("RenoLens") provides AI-powered kitchen and bath visualization tools, including but not limited to:

• AI-powered image transformation and visualization
• Kitchen and bath design planning tools
• Quote generation and pricing tools
• 3D design conversion services
• Professional client management features

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize recurring payments
• Cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from RenoLens at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive text messages from RenoLens. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

7.1 Types of Messages

Messages may include:

• Account notifications and service updates
• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Project status updates and visualization delivery
• Promotional offers and marketing communications (if separately opted in)

7.2 Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

7.3 Opt-Out

7.4 Carrier Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenoLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RenoLens from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
