Welcome to RenoLens

This guide walks you through everything you need on day one: how to reach support, how to install and use the LeadConnector mobile app, and how the systems we set up for you actually work. It is updated regularly. Bookmark it.

Section 01 · Support

Getting help and requesting website edits

We run two support channels. The ticket form is the fastest path for every request, including website edits. Phone support is a backup for anything urgent.

Recommended · Fastest path

Submit a ticket

For website edits, bug reports, automation tweaks, and feature requests. Tickets are tracked end-to-end and routed to the right team automatically.

  • Tracked from submission, so nothing gets lost in a text thread
  • Routed to the right team member automatically
  • Confirmation, status updates, and ship notification by email
  • Most edits live within one business day

Phone support

For anything urgent or if you'd rather talk it through. The ticket form is still faster for edits.

Important: Please use the ticket form even for small edits. Texts to personal numbers are not tracked in our system and will be slower to resolve. This keeps your requests on our shared queue so any team member can pick them up.

Section 02 · Mobile App

Using the LeadConnector mobile app

Your contacts, conversations, calendar, invoices, and reviews all live in one app: LeadConnector. Most clients only ever use three tabs (Conversations, Contacts, and Payments). Install it on your phone first.

2.1   Request customer reviews Pre-configured

When you mark a job complete, our automation sends your customer a one-tap link to leave a Google review. The 5-Star Funnel routes happy customers to Google and lets unhappy ones reach you privately first, so a bad day on a job site never costs you a public star.

  1. 01
Open the customer In the LeadConnector app, tap Contacts and find the customer you just finished work for.
  2. 02
Tap "Send Review Request" The automation triggers immediately. No writing required on your end.
  3. 03
Monitor results Follow-ups go out automatically over 7 days. New reviews appear in the Reputation tab.
Tip

Most clients see a measurable bump in their Google rating within 30 days of going live. Consistency beats intensity: send the request after every job, not just the big ones.

2.2   Missed call text back Always active

Every missed call triggers an instant text back to the caller. The wording is set during onboarding so it sounds like you, not a template. Reply directly from the Conversations tab of the LeadConnector app.

  1. 01
Already running If your onboarding is complete, this is live. Missed calls send an SMS within seconds.
  2. 02
Reply in the app Customer replies land in Conversations. Reply, and the conversation history stays attached to the contact record.
  3. 03
Edit the wording anytime Send the new copy through the ticket form. Template updates are usually deployed same day.
By the numbers

Roughly 62% of business calls go unanswered. Of those callers, most try the next business in their search results within 90 seconds. A missed-call text back keeps you in the running.
